SBDM Meeting Agenda

When the upcoming meeting's agenda is set, it will be posted here. This is usually not available until a few days before the meeting. No agendas will be archived on the website. If you have a concern you would like to bring before the council and need to be on the agenda, please fill out the SBDM Agenda Inclusion Form. All SBDM Meetings are open to the public and guests are given a limited amount of time at the beginning of each meeting to talk to the council.

All minutes to the SBDM Council Meetings will be posted here once they are approved. Approval happens at the next month's meeting after review by the council. Once approved, the minutes are made available to the public.

SBDM Committee Meeting Minutes: 

Committee Meeting Minutes are included as a part of the SBDM Meeting Minutes. They are approved at the next SBDM meeting following the committee meeting. For example, if you are looking for committee meeting minutes from October 7, they should be included in the SBDM minutes from October 14. Meeting dates and times are set by individual committees. Please see the committee pages for dates and times of meetings. 

 

Note: all minutes should be considered "DRAFT" until approved, usually at the next meeting.
