PTA Goals and Objectives

Mission Statement

To support, assist, and encourage the students, families and staff of Maxwell Elementary Escuela de Inmersion en Espanol in their endeavors to achieve excellence in academic learning and social development.

Goals:

• Support:  To support educational and social activities at the school and bolster vision for our children’s education.
• Student Programs: To provide programs and opportunities that develop and hearten our children.
• Involvement: To facilitate the involvement of all parents of Maxwell students in their child’s education.
• Communication: To keep parents and our community informed of school events; To provide information for families and staff to help them meet the needs of their children/students.
• Association: To strengthen our internal organization and to partner with our district, state, and national PTA organizations to strengthen our efforts in reaching our common goals.
