The Maxwell Escuela de Immersion en Espanol PTA Board
meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 1, 2005 by
President Sherri Ball. Deanna Rawlings as recording secretary.

|
Those in attendance were: Sherri Ball, Deanna Rawlings,
Kelly Feibes, Stephanie Hamilton, Cindy Crane, Ann Armbruster, Tammy

Approval of Minutes
|
The minutes of the February, 2005 board meeting were
printed and distributed. Correction: Change the treasurer’s report to
read: Cash in Bank 8/01 $23,922.00
YTD Income less Exp 21,488.00
Custodial Accounts 639.00
Less Last Year’s Exp 14,345.00
Actual Cash in Bank 31,704.00
The minutes were approved as corrected.

financial report.

Deanna Rawlings, bylaws committee chair, gave a report
of proposed changes to the current bylaws.
Ann Armbruster moved to provide 2 scholarships for the Pine Mountain 5th grade trip. Second: Carried

|
SBDM Elections will be held in the school lobby:
Tues. March 16th 6:00-7:30 p.m. Wed.
3/17 7-9”00 a.m./ 2-5:30 p.m.
(Tami Margolies moderated as the candidates presented
their positions. Candidates were Ron Walker, Kara Orr, and Stephanie
Hamilton.)
Special Assembly, March 31 12:30-1:00
Commissioner of Education, Dean Wilhoit will speak and
visit with classes
