The Maxwell Escuela de Immersion en Espanol PTA Board
meeting was called to order at 6:40 p.m. Tuesday, January 11, 2005 by
President Sherri Ball. Deanna Rawlings as recording secretary.

Approval of Minutes
|
The minutes of the December, 2004 board meeting were
printed and distributed. Correction: October balance should be
$29,501.00, instead of $.00. The minutes were approved as corrected.

Correspondence
|
Sherri read a letter from Central Office reporting that
Maxwell won the most improved award of $175.00 for Adios Hunger. Thank you
Candace Harrod!

|
Treasurer, Ann Armbruster, distributed the current
financial report.
