Lunches and breakfast may be paid for in several different ways. Your child can bring in money on a daily basis. With check or cash, you may pay as far in advance as you like. We also offer MEALPAY PLUS which has a link on the FCPS web site. It allows you to pay on-line and also have access to your child's account.
We encourage you to eat lunch with your child, and you may open an
account for yourself. Due to our accounting procedures, however, you
cannot purchase your meal from your child's account.
We would appreciate it if you would not bring in food from competitive
restaurants as it is in violation of FCPS policy.
We will offer our salad bar again weekly. We will also offer al la
carte items such as Sun Chips and cookies. If you do not want your child
to purchase extra items, please let me know and I can put a block on the
account.
When your child's account runs low, we will put a stamp on their hand
and remind them to add more money to the account. You will also receive
a letter as a reminder.
